Construction Progress Update
Old Autos / New Building & Home Maintenance: Interior rooms are now fully framed, defining the new layout. Structural steel is arriving this week to expand the mezzanine, which will provide additional square footage.
North Connector: Interior painting is currently in progress, giving the space a finished look. Mechanical, electric, and plumbing teams are finalizing overhead connections, and the installation of the east side exterior doors is scheduled to secure the access to the campus.
Second Floor Science Ceiling grid installation is underway in the Engineering & Robotics classrooms to prepare for specialized lighting. Drywall is being hung in the remaining rooms, while mechanical, electrical, and plumbing crews continue the complex hookups for lab utilities and data.
Student Entrance & Dressing Room With the foundation successfully cured, crews are beginning vertical masonry work on the block walls. This structural shell will be established before the interior concrete floor slab is poured.
