Connector & Vestibule
Mechanical, Electric, and Plumbing rough-ins are continuing to progress in both the connector and vestibule areas. Door frames are currently being set and aligned in preparation for upcoming drywall and finishing work. Crews are also preparing the spaces for the next phase of wall board installation once inspections for rough-ins are completed.

2nd Floor Science
Insulation of the HVAC piping is ongoing to ensure proper thermal protection and system efficiency. Ductwork connections have been completed in preparation for the installation and commissioning of the DOAS units. Work on the electrical panel is progressing, with electricians continuing wiring and termination activities to support upcoming equipment start-ups and lab utilities.

Robotics & Engineering
Framing has been completed, creating the structural enclosures required for the equipment installation. The door frame has been installed and secured, and crews will begin preparing the area for drywall and finishing work. Additional coordination with mechanical and electrical teams is ongoing as equipment connections are scheduled.

2nd Floor Bathrooms
Demolition work has been fully completed, clearing the area for new construction activities. Ceiling framing has been installed, establishing the layout for future mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations above the ceiling. Crews will begin rough-in work for plumbing fixtures, exhaust, lighting, and other utilities in the next phase.

Tech Ed Addition
Exterior stoops have been poured and are curing, providing finished access points at the building entrances. Doors have been installed and properly set, improving building enclosure. Final interior painting has been completed in this area, marking a major milestone toward completion. In addition, AHU-13 has been successfully turned on, allowing for initial system operation and conditioning of the space as final finishes and equipment installation continue.
