North Connector
Installation of insulation behind the metal wall panels is ongoing and progressing steadily. Crews have also begun installing the metal soffit, marking an important step toward enclosing and weather-tightening this portion of the building.
Tech Ed Addition
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) finish work continues to advance throughout the addition. Plumbing fixture installation is now underway, bringing the space closer to operational readiness as interior finishes move forward.
Second Floor Science
HVAC installation has progressed to the maximum extent possible at this time. Remaining tie-ins and system activation are scheduled to occur during spring break to accommodate the planned system switch-over with minimal disruption.
Engineering & Robotics Space
Today, the engineering stair and adjacent ramp were successfully poured.
Third Floor Bathroom
The third floor bathroom is nearing completion. Final punch-list items and touch-ups are currently underway to prepare the space for student use.
