North Connector
Installation of metal panel insulation is now underway, laying the groundwork for the upcoming metal panel façade installation slated for early January. The next significant milestone will be the arrival and installation of the window systems, currently scheduled for mid-December, which will further define the building’s exterior envelope.
Tech Ed Addition
Steel jambs for the overhead doors have been successfully set in place, with the door assemblies themselves anticipated to be installed next week. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-in work continues steadily as contractors coordinate across multiple trades to support upcoming structural and finish phases.
Third Floor Bathrooms
Demolition activities have been fully completed, and MEP contractors are advancing through in-wall rough-in work. Progress remains on track as the spaces transition from initial teardown to early stages of reconstruction.
Second Floor Science
MEP crews continue to navigate and adapt to existing building conditions. The removal of abandoned ductwork has created additional spatial clarity, allowing teams to better position new systems and prepare for subsequent phases of infrastructure installation.
