North Connector
Installation of insulation behind the exterior metal panel system is underway, marking continued progress toward enclosure of the connector.
Third Floor Toilet Rooms
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) in-wall installations are ongoing, advancing these spaces toward the next phase of construction.
Tech Ed Addition
Overhead door installation has been completed in Construction Lab 144 and continues in Autos 145. MEP rough-ins are nearing completion throughout the addition. Temporary heating will be operational early next week, allowing overhead painting to begin as scheduled.
Existing Woods Shop
The construction team is preparing for mezzanine construction, scheduled to begin on December 22. Work will commence with saw-cutting operations on that date.
Second Floor Science
Installation of overhead ductwork and piping continues, while masonry wall construction progresses steadily. Floor coring and associated plumbing pipe installations are also underway.
Second Floor Learning Materials Center (LMC)
New HVAC ductwork installation has been completed. Temporary partitions will be removed, opening the space for subsequent phases of work.
