CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) installation is complete. Brick veneer work remains ongoing and is approaching completion. The air and vapor barrier has been fully installed. The mechanical contractor is now on board, and coordination of structural requirements to support their scope is being finalized.

Tech Ed Addition

Plumbing underground work is complete. Slab-on-grade preparation has begun, with the concrete pour scheduled for October 8.
