North Connector
Concrete placement for the vestibule ramp and stair system has been completed. Ductwork installation is now beginning throughout the connector area, with coordination ongoing for upcoming mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins.
Tech Ed Addition
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing finish work has commenced in the addition. Cord reels and air hose systems have been installed, supporting ongoing work activities. Red stripe painting is currently underway. The air handling unit has been set on the new mezzanine and will serve the addition. Lift installation is scheduled to begin on Monday, February 2.
Third Floor Bathrooms
Tile installation is ongoing, with wall and floor finishes progressing as scheduled.
Second Floor Science
HVAC and electrical installations continue throughout the area. Concrete and masonry wall construction is progressing as spaces are released and become accessible for work.
Library, Engineering and Robotics
Demolition activities have begun in the Library space. An opening has been created into the second floor science area, and carpet removal is underway. Concrete and masonry wall construction will be the next phase of work in this area.
