North Connector
The HVAC unit has been successfully set in place, and ductwork installation is currently underway throughout the connector. Crews are coordinating routing and connections to support upcoming system tie-ins, with work progressing as planned.
Tech Ed Addition
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing finishes continue to advance across the space. Vehicle lifts have been fully installed and secured, final lighting installation is complete, and systems are being prepared for testing. Painting of the red stripe has begun, marking the start of final interior finishes and visual elements within the area.
Second Floor Science
HVAC and electrical rough-in activities are ongoing. Roof curbs for the new HVAC units have been installed in preparation for unit delivery later this month. The IT room has been painted ahead of the surrounding spaces to support the upcoming IT equipment switch-over and minimize disruption to the rest of the work.
Robotics & Engineering Space
Demolition activities are complete, allowing new masonry work to begin. The wall separating the Library and Robotics & Engineering spaces has been completed, establishing the new layout. Construction of half-walls within the Robotics & Engineering area is underway, setting the framework for subsequent finishes and systems installation.
